The service

Bulk Email Validator analyzes email addresses and returns technical signals such as syntax, mail routing, server response, role-address, disposable-domain, and catch-all indicators.

Results are estimates

Mail systems change and may hide, delay, or misstate mailbox status. A “valid” result does not guarantee delivery, engagement, consent, or inbox placement. An “unknown” result is intentionally inconclusive. You remain responsible for how you use the results.

Acceptable use

You may only upload data you are legally permitted to process. You may not use the service to facilitate spam, harassment, fraud, credential attacks, unlawful surveillance, or violations of applicable privacy or marketing laws. We may suspend abusive activity.

Credits and payment

One credit covers one unique email validation. Duplicate rows within the same upload are removed before charging. Paid credits do not expire while the service operates. Except where required by law, completed credit purchases are non-refundable.

Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change or discontinue features, impose reasonable technical limits, or interrupt access for maintenance and security.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
