What we collect

We collect the account information you provide, records of credit purchases and usage, basic security and diagnostic logs, and the email-list data you upload for validation.

How uploaded lists are used

Uploaded rows are used only to perform the validation you request, show your results, and produce your export. We do not send marketing email to uploaded addresses, use them to build contact databases, or sell them.

Retention

Validation runs and their email-level results are automatically deleted 30 days after upload. Account, payment, credit-ledger, security, and legally required transaction records may be kept longer.

Service providers

We use infrastructure providers to host the application and Stripe to process payments. Stripe receives payment and checkout information under its own privacy policy. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

Security

We use access controls, private application storage, transport encryption, signed payment webhooks, and limited retention. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can delete individual validation runs from your account and delete your account from Settings. Contact the site operator for an access, correction, or deletion request that cannot be completed in the product.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version.
